Millets return to the everyday Indian table
Ancient grains are finding a modern rhythm without losing their roots.

Millets are often presented as a new health discovery, but they have sustained Indian communities for centuries. Ragi, jowar, bajra, and little millet grew in difficult landscapes and became the foundation of deeply regional food traditions.
Bringing them back to an everyday menu is not about disguising them as something else. It is about respecting their texture and pairing them with the gravies, greens, and chutneys that have always made sense.
We use millets where they belong naturally: soft ragi mudde, warm jowar rotis, and pulao that keeps the grain's gentle bite.
